Refund Exchange Policy

Within 10 days of the original purchase, you may return damage or defective merchandise for a full refund minus shipping charges.

We also be glad to exchange the merchandise for anything in our website of equal or lesser value. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received and customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the “Contact Us” tab of this website. Once your return is processed and merchandise is received you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges after 10 days of the original purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At this time, RoRo Gallery is offering free shipping & delivery until December 31st, 2016.

RoRo Gallery ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands.

Additionally, RoRo Gallery ships merchandise to Canada, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
